SEC. 2. Section four hundred and three of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 403. Limitation upon reelection to same office.—The incumbent of any elective office may become a candidate to succeed himself, but a third reelection to the office of provincial governor and municipal president is prohibited."
