SEC. 22. The first paragraph of section four hundred and thirty-seven of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 437. Application to strike names from list.—After the first day of registration, and not later than fifteen days before the Saturday next before the day of the election any qualified elector in the precinct may apply to the judge of first instance, the justice of the peace of the provincial capital, or the circuit justice of the peace, for an order striking from the list the name or names of any person or persons claimed to be erroneously or wrongfully registered."
