SEC 3. The Governor-General is hereby empowered and authorized to agree with the Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company of Manila on behalf of the Government of the Philippine Islands for the straightening of the lines dividing the respective properties of the Government and the corporation, thereby insuring rectilineal and rectangular dividing lines in conformity with the port of Manila, North and South Harbor, Development Plans approved by the Director of Public Works in December, nineteen hundred and twenty.
