Section 24

SEC 24. Section four hundred and seventy-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 476. Incompetency to act as member of board of canvassers.—Any member of the provincial board who is a candidate for elective office shall be incompetent to act as member of the board of canvassers, and in this case, the Chief of the Executive Bureau shall designate the provincial treasurer, provincial fiscal, clerk of the court of first instance, or district commander of the Constabulary to act in his stead."
