SEC. 5. The fund appropriated by Act Numbered Thirty one hundred thirteen, section one, paragraph (to), authorized and allotted under date of April twenty-fourth, one thousand nine hundred twenty-four, under the provisions of section three of the same Act, is hereby made available as follows:
For the construction of river banks protection at Igbaras, Province of Iloilo ............ P20,000.00
