SEC. 2. Section five of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and sixty-two is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 5. Emoluments of members of Board.—The Chairman of the Board shall receive an annual salary of not to exceed four thousand pesos. Each of the two members shall be entitled to a per diem of five pesos for each meeting of the Board actually attended by him, but shall not receive in aggregate more than twenty pesos per month. Each of the two members shall also receive additional compensation at the rate of five pesos for each candidate examined or registered as pharmacist. The chairman shall not be owner, manager or pharmacist of any pharmacy, dispensary, drug store or similar establishment, nor be directly or indirectly interested in such establishments."
