SECTION 1. Every contract of civil or commercial agency and every revocation thereof must be registered in the office of the register of deeds of the province where it has been made, and in the province or provinces where it may be desired to record any instrument or contract or where such instrument or contract has been recorded by the principal, in order that it may be valid for or against third parties.
