Section 1

SECTION 1. Section thirteen of the Provincial Government Act is hereby amended by adding at the close of paragraph (b) of said section the following words: "The provincial jail in the Province of Tayabas shall remain at the town of Tayabas until a public jail is erected at the town of Lucena."
