Section 2

SEC. 2. Section twenty-four, letter (c), of Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and eight, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 24 (c). The Public Service Commissioner, the Associate Commissioners, the Chiefs of Division, and Deputy Secretaries shall have the power to administer oaths in all matters coming under the jurisdiction of the Commission."
