Section 1

SECTION 1. The Director of the Bureau of Non-Christian Tribes is hereby authorized, with the approval of the Secretary of the Interior, to purchase under such terms and conditions as he may see fit, all the upper portion of Mount Bud Dattu in the Island of Jolo, Sulu Archipelago, to be made into a public park by the provincial government of Sulu.
