Conflicting laws not to apply; application of the Corporation Law.

Section 49

SEC. 49. Conflicting laws not to apply; application of the Corporation Law.—Any provisions of law which are of in conflict with this Act shall not be construed as applying to the associations organized hereunder. Provisions of the Corporation Law, Act Numbered Fourteen hundred and forty-nine as amended, and all powers and rights thereunder, shall apply to the association organized hereunder, except where such provisions are in conflict or inconsistent with the express provisions of this Act, or contrary to the spirit thereof.
