SECTION 1. The municipal council of Isabela, Occidental Negros, is hereby authorized to appropriate the sum of not more than five hundred pesos out of the municipal funds to be given as a reward to Andrea Arce in recognition of the heroism and valor which she displayed during the encounter between the "pulahanes" and the police force of Isabela, Occidental Negros.
