SECTION 1. The Laoag Electric Light and Power Company is hereby granted an extension of time of thirty days from the approval of this Act within which to file its acceptance of the privilege granted under Act Numbered Three thousand and seventy-eight notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary contained in the latter Act.
