Act No. 346 Section 1

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section twenty-two of Act Numbered Eighty-two, entitled "A general Act for the organization of municipal governments in the Philippine Islands," is hereby amended by adding at the close of paragraph (a) of said section, the following: "Provided, That in the municipality of Iloilo, Province of Iloilo, the salary of the secretary may be fixed by the municipal council at nine hundred pesos, or less, and that of the treasurer at one thousand one hundred pesos, or less."
