SECTION 1. The sum of twenty-five thousand dollars, in money of the United States, is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for expenses in carrying on the construction of the Benguet wagon road from Pozorubio, Province of Pangasinan, to Baguio, Province of Benguet.
