Preamble

"SEC. 1056. Duty of parents and guardians to have children forthcoming for vaccination.—Every parent, guardian, or person having charge of one or more children of one month of age or over shall see that they are presented for examination and vaccination at such place and time as may be specified by proper authority, and that they are returned on the eighth day after such presentation to said place so that the result of the vaccination may be verified."
