SEC. 7. All the provisions of the laws of Civil and Criminal Procedure and other laws governing the filing, hearing, and disposition of cases within the original and appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the Philippine Islands, are hereby made applicable to the filing, hearing, and disposition of cases within the original and appellate jurisdiction of the Court of Appeals.
