SEC. 7. The Board of Examiners for Surveyors shall issue a certificate of registration to persons who have qualified in the examinations held by said Board, which certificate shall entitle the holder to practise surveying in the Philippine Islands. These certificates of registration may be cancelled by the Board for the cause hereinafter enumerated.
