Section 13

SEC. 13. All lands or right of use or occupation of lands obtained by the grantee by virtue of this franchise from the Insular, provincial, or municipal governments shall upon its termination, revocation or repeal, revert, to the respective Insular, provincial or municipal governments which were the owners thereof from which said lands or rights were obtained.
