Section 19

SEC. 19. There shall be one superintendent of the building of Class A, who shall have charge of the following watchmen and janitors, hereby authorized: Two night watchmen of Class C; one chief janitor of Class I; fourteen janitors of Class K, at one hundred and twenty dollars per annum each.
