Section 2

SEC. 2. When this Act shall have been approved, expressly or impliedly, by the President of the United States of America, as provided in section ten of the Act of Congress of August twenty-nine, nineteen hundred and sixteen, known as the Jones Law, such facts shall be made known by proclamation by the Governor-General of the Philippine Islands, and this Act shall take effect on the date of such proclamation.[1] Approved, February 8, 1930.
