SEC. 2. Paragraph (a) of section seven hundred and ninety-eight of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code, as amended by section one of Act Numbered Thirty-five hundred and thirty-eight, is hereby further amended so as to read as follows: "(a) That he is of good moral character."
