SEC. 2. The sum of thirty-five thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the employment of Junior Computers and Junior Draftsmen, at the rate not to exceed six hundred pesos per annum each, to expedite the work of verification of surveys submitted by private land surveyors to the Bureau of Lands: Provided, however, That the payments made under the authority given herein, shall not exceed the fees actually collected under section one of this Act.
