SEC. 2. The directors of private schools recognized by the Government shall make their requisitions to the Bureau of Supply through the Commissioner of Private Schools, whose duty it shall be to see that the retail price at which the directors of private schools sell said books to their pupils is not greater than the price charged by the Bureau of Supply and a small additional sum to cover transportation expenses, fixed by said Commissioner.
