Section 1

SECTION 1. Section nineteen hundred and sixty-six-A is hereby inserted after section nineteen hundred and sixty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code, to read as follows: "SEC. 1966-A. Extension of telegraphic transfer system to other countries.—The Director of Posts, with the approval of the Department Head, may extend the telegraphic transfer service to other countries and places at rates and on conditions determined by him."
