Section 1
SECTION 1. The standing indebtedness of the Province of Zamboanga to the Insular Government in the amount of thirty thousand one hundred and nineteen pesos and sixty-nine centavos which represents the unpaid balance of the account of said province with the Bureau of Supply on account of rice furnished by the latter to the Zamboanga Trading Systems during the rice crisis of nineteen hundred and nineteen and nineteen hundred and twenty, and of supplies furnished by the same Bureau for use in the operation of the motor boat Colonist which was operated by the said trading systems, is hereby cancelled and the Insular Auditor is authorized to relieve the Province of Zamboanga from said indebtedness, and to credit the Bureau of Supply therefor, pursuant to section six hundred and fifty-one of the Administrative Code of nineteen hundred and seventeen.
