SECTION 1. Section two of Act Numbered One hundred and twenty-one, extending the provisions of the Provincial Government Act to the Province of Leyte, is hereby amended by increasing the salary of the provincial governor and the salary of the provincial treasurer to three thousand dollars per annum each, in money of the United States.
