Section 64
SEC. 64. The presidents of the several townships of the province shall meet on the third Monday in January and the third Monday in July of each year to consider matters needed in the province, and for the provincial government, and to make recommendation to the provincial board. The convention shall be called together by the provincial secretary-treasurer, and shall elect a chairman for each semiannual session. The provincial secretary-treasurer shall act as secretary of the convention, and shall certify its recommendations to the provincial board.
