Section 14

SEC. 14. The rates for the telephone service, flat rates as well as measured rates, shall be subject to the approval of the Public Service Commission. The monthly rates for telephones having a metallic circuit within the limits of the poblacion of the municipality shall also be approved by the Public Service Commission.
