SECTION 1. Paragraph (e), subsection A of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and thirteen is hereby amended so that item 4, under caption Iloilo, should read as follows: "4. For the elementary school building between Palaca and Damilisan, Miagao.. P8,000.00"
