Act No. 3956 Section 1

Section 1

SECTION 1. The provisions of sections two hundred and seventy-six and two hundred and eighty-four of the Revised Administrative Code, relative to persons entitled to accrued leave and vacation leave in addition to accrued leave, respectively, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and seventy-four, are hereby made applicable to nurses of sanitary divisions who have duly qualified by examination and have been appointed in accordance with the Civil Service Law.
