Public fisheries classified.

Section 16

SEC. 16. Public fisheries classified.—For the purposes of this Act the public fisheries of the Philippine Islands shall be classified, according to their government and disposition, as follows: (a) Insular. (b) Municipal. (c) Reserve. The Governor-General, upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, may, for reasons of public interest, transfer fisheries from one class to another.
