SECTION 1-D (i): The proviso reading as follows, Provided, That notwithstanding the above requirements, the sum of P10,000 shall be released for Merida Waterworks, Leyte; P20,000 for Cavinti Waterworks, Laguna; P2,000 for Mendez Waterworks System, Cavite; P2,000 for the Initao Water Reservoir, Misamis Oriental; and P3,000 for waterworks system at Silang, Cavite.", disapproved.
