Act No. 452 Section 1

Section 1

SECTION 1. Immediately after the close of each calendar month it shall be the duty of the treasurer and fiscal of each province to examine the collection accounts of the clerk of the Court of First Instance in such province for the said mouth, and to certify on his accounts as submitted to the Auditor that all collections actually made for fees accruing to the Insular Government are included therein, for the period stated, as shown by the records.
