SEC. 95. Before making distribution of undevised registered land a, the executor or administrator shall file in the office of the register of deeds certified copy of the final decree of the court having jurisdiction of the estate, which shall be conclusive evidence in favor of all persons thereafter dealing with the land that the persons therein named as the only heirs at law of the deceased owner are such heirs.
