Section 108

SEC. 108. Any person may by power of attorney procure land to be registered and convey or otherwise deal with registered land, but the letters of attorney shall be acknowledged before a notary public or a judge or clerk of a court of record attested by at least one witness and shall be filed with the clerk or register of deeds of the province where the land lies, and registered. Any instrument revoking such letters shall be acknowledged, attested, and registered in like former. LOST DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE.
