Section 36

SEC. 36. This Act shall take effect on its passage, but the grant of the franchise shall not become operative unless the grantee company shall, within sixty days after the passage hereof, file with the Civil Governor its acceptance of the franchise and its agreement to comply with all the terms of this act. Enacted, December 8, 1902.
