Section 27

SEC. 27. The provisions of this Act shall take effect upon its passage, except the provisions of section eleven, which shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred and one, and those of section twenty-three, which shall take effect July first, nineteen hundred, and one. Enacted, December 14, 1900.
