Section 1

SECTION 1. Whereas it has been found impossible to collect the land tax for the year nineteen hundred and two in the towns of Malinao and Tiui, Province of Albay, by the time heretofore designated, the time for the payment, without penalty, of the land tax in the towns of Malinao and Tiui, Province of Albay, is hereby extended to not later than March first, nineteen hundred and three, anything in previous Acts to the contrary nothwithstanding.
