SEC. 5. The secretary-treasurer of the Board shall collect a fee of ten dollars for each certificate of registration as pharmacist or second-class pharmacist (practicante de farmacia); a fee of ten dollar for each certificate of registration as Chinese druggist; and a fee of one dollar for each certificate of registration as apprentice in pharmacy.
