Section 12

SEC. 12. The "Manual for Courts Martial, and so forth," in the United States Army, published by the Secretary of March sixteenth, nineteen hundred and one, in so far as it relates to procedure, forms of charges, previous convictions, records, reports, sentences, and approvals, shall be followed by Constabulary summary courts where the same shall be applicable and not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
