Section 2

SEC. 2. It shall be the duty of the assistant chief to investigate and report upon the customs and conditions of the Jolo Moros, to learn the Jolo language, and to perform such other duties as the Secretary of the Interior and the Chief of the Bureau of Non-Christian Tribes may direct.
