Section 1
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred and twenty-one thousand and ninety-nine dollars and three cents, in Mexican money, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Insular Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to be paid to the Chief Quartermaster of the United States Army for the Division of the Philippines, for the purposes and objects hereinafter expressed, viz: For repairs to the roof of the hospital at Bacoor, one thousand three hundred and nine dollars; for the construction of clock in Depot Quartermaster's office, Southern Luzon, for the construction of wharf at Tayabas, and for the purchase of supplies for Government corral, three thousand one hundred and forty-six dollars; for repairs to buildings, for purchase of lime for the Depot Quartermasters, for rent of launch, for telegraph and telephone linemen, for water supply at Mariveles, for funds for the Department of Southern Luzon, for funds for the Department of the Visayas, for miscellaneous expenses and to meet emergency expenses and transfer of funds, one hundred and sixteen thousand six hundred and forty-four dollars and three cents.
