SEC. 2. The additional salaries of teachers appointed under the provisions of this Act tor the second half of the fiscal year nineteen hundred and three are hereby made a proper charge against the appropriation for "Salaries and wages, Forestry Bureau, nineteen hundred and three," made in Act Numbered Five hundred and ninety-five.
