SEC. 2. Section two of Act Numbered Three hundred and eleven is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence of said section and substituting therefor the following: "Such return shall made upon certification of the amount due by the Auditor, by a settlement warrant, and shall be disposed of as provided by section eighteen of the Provincial Government Act as amended."
