Section 1
SECTION 1. Section four of Act Numbered Five hundred and fourteen, entitled "An Act creating a commission to secure, organize, and make an exhibit of Philippine products, manufactures, art, ethnology, and education at the Louisiana Purchase Exposition to be held at Saint Louis, in the United States, in nineteen hundred and four," as amended by section three of Act Numbered Seven hundred and sixty-five, is hereby further amended by adding at the close of said section four the following: "Provided, however, That from the exhibits at the Saint Louis Exposition owned by the Philippine Government there shall be selected by a committee to be designated by the Civil Governor all exhibits which, in the opinion of the committee, it would be wise and not too expensive to reship to Manila at the close of the Exposition at Saint Louis for use in a permanent museum in Manila: And provided further, That the property, effects, and exhibits of the Insular Museum of Ethnology, Natural History, and Commerce, established by Act Numbered Two hundred and eighty-four, which have been taken over by the Exposition Board shall be returned to Manila for use in a permanent museum at Manila."
