Section 3

SEC. 3. The following is substituted for section thirteen of Act Numbered One hundred and thirty-six: "SEC. 13. Where actions shall be heard.—All actions coming into the Supreme Court shall be heard at Manila except when special shall he ordered by the court to be held at Cebu or Iloilo, in which case the court shall by order direct the hearing of those cases which are to be heard at such places, respectively."
