SEC. 2. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of six hundred pesos, Philippine currency, to be disbursed by the provincial treasurer of Occidental Negros on vouchers approved by the provincial board toward the care and support, of lepers in the province during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and four.
