An Act to Authorize an Increase in the Present… Section 2
Section 2
SEC. 2. The sums herein appropriated shall not be made available until January first, nineteen hundred and thirty-six: Provided, however, That immediately upon the approval hereof and during the unexpired portion of the year nineteen hundred and thirty-five, any unexpended balances of the appropriations made under Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty-eight, shall immediately be available for expenditure pursuant to the provisions of this Act.
