Section 5

SEC. 5. The present section numbers twenty-one and twenty-two of Act Numbered Fourteen hundred and ninety-three are hereby changed to twenty-two and twenty-three, respectively, and a new section numbered twenty-one inserted immediately following section twenty, to read as follows: "SEC. 21. The short title of this Act shall be "The Postal Savings Bunk Act.'"
